Throughout his playing career and his life off the court, Wade has blazed his own path. Two years ago, he decided to follow his heart and make a great wine of his own.

Theopolis Vineyards is a small lot vineyard and hand-crafted winery located in California’s prestigious Yorkville Highlands of the Anderson Valley. Situated along Highway 128 in southeastern Mendocino County near the border of Sonoma County, the AVA is a highly elevated, rugged interior wine-growing area. Established in 2003, Wine Critic Robert Parker bestowed upon wine made from grapes harvested from Theopolis Vineyards a stellar rating of 94-96 points, a spectacular showing for the vintner’s first harvest in 2006.

Bodkin Wines was founded by Chris Christensen, an Iowa native, in 2011. His passion for aromatic wines and winemaking led him to create America’s first Sauvignon Blanc with bubbles. In 2013, Andrew Chambers, an Oregon native, joined the brand and they purchased 24 tons and made 1,100 cases of their award-winning Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc.

Since that time, Bodkin Wines has produced over 15 varietals of wine, eleven of which were scored at 90 points or higher by Wine Enthusiast.

Owned and operated by Chef Rhonda Russell, our Artisan collection consists of wines representing a mélange from the northern portion of California's Central Valley.

Taste Collection Cellars and Chef of Wine Arts Rhonda Russell make and distribute her wines under five labels (Vivian Chardonnay, Raymond Malbec, Isabelle Sauvignon Blanc, Henry Old Vine Zinfandel and her very first Vintage That Southern Taste, Syrah Rose), which are all inspired from her Southern upbringing in Louisiana with her grandparents she truly adored and looked up to.
